Intergroup Meetings

All SF Bay Area ACA Members are encouraged to attend Intergroup meetings. There are no costs to attend the meetings. 
SF Bay Area Intergroup uses Robert’s Rules of Order, and the presence of our Loving Parents in our meetings.

SF Bay Area IG alternates between official, voting meetings and “Volunteers’ Meetings” (intended for IG members and committees to coordinate, ask for help and support one another) every other month.

Dates for these meetings in 2025 are as follows:

Official IG Meetings: Jan. 19th,  Feb. 16th,  April 20th, June 15th, Aug. 17th, Oct. 19th
IG Volunteers’ Meetings: March 16th,  May 18th, July 20th, Sept. 21st, Nov. 16th
Annual San Francisco Bay Area Intergroup Meeting (Elections + Annual Reports): Dec. 21st 2025

The San Francisco Bay Area Intergroup meets online
on the 3rd Sunday, every other month, from 12:15-1pm (Pacific).

• All ACA Intergroup Representatives and ACA members are encouraged to participate, however voting to establish group conscience is limited to designated group representatives.
